Graphic Design and Print Production Fundamentals

On any given day, you can look at your surroundings and communicate with the print design. Information comes in many forms: drawings on the front of the grain box, or on the packaging in your lockers; information on billboards and bus stop stickers that pass your way to work; drawings on the outside of the cup that carries a double latte; and printed numbers On your car's speedometer dial. Information is delivered by the numbers on the buttons in the elevator; on the signs hanging in stores; or on the entertaining graphics on the front of your friend's shirt. Lots of items in your life have a picture created to convey information. And all of these things were designed by someone.
