The Accessibility Toolkit is a collaboration between BCcampus and the BC Post-Secondary Education Available Center (CAPER-BC). BCcampus is a publicly funded organization that uses information technology to link experiences, programs and resources to all BC. Post-secondary institutions in a cooperative framework to provide services. BCcampus is the lead organization for the BC Open Textbook Project. CAPER-BC provides accessible educational and learning materials for students and teachers who cannot use traditional printing due to a disability.
